I have made this so many times. There's just no way to screw it up!!! I sometimes switch green chilies for jalapenos or use cans of Fire roasted tomatoes but it is always top notch!

Hot Turkey Salad Sandwiches

Excellent! I didn't add any eggs because I don't like them and left out the salt. I used Kraft Cracked pepper mayo so I didn't add any extra mayo. It was fabulous!!!

Winter Blossom's Often Requested Ham Salad

Wow. I had never tried ham salad before. It always sounded like something my very southern grandmother used to make (mashed vienna sausage sandwiches anyone?) But I made a glazed ham the other night and needed something different to try with the leftovers. I'm eating this right now and it's just glorious. I didn't have any relish so I threw in pickle slices in my processor after chopping the ham and it worked out just great. Excellent recipe!

Tasty Tuna Burgers

Ok as another reviewer said, this recipe is so forgiving if you're missing stuff. I used celery salt instead of celery and skipped the extra salt. I didn't have the hot pepper sauce or the chili sauce so I added a bit of lime juce and some cajun seasoning. And i forgot to mix in the worcestershire so I just drizzled as I cooked. My husband promised me a weeks worth of dish duty if I'd make this again real soon!!! I served it with a spicy dill mayo that I found on this site. WAAAY good.

Butternut Squash Soup II

My first time cooking and eating butternut squash. This was fabulous. I left out the celery because I didn't have any and my blender was broken so I tried mashing it with a potato masher...not exactly the same consistency but still incredibly good.

BBQ Dry Rub

My mom and I had a competition last night and I was declared the hands down winner with this rub. I cut it down quite a bit to 5 servings and still had some left over which I am going to try on salmon, as per another review. Excellent savory and sweet rub! Update: I tried this on chicken leg quarters with the skin removed and my husband re-proposed to me when we were done! :-)

Cheeseburger Meatloaf

This was sensational. I got a little crazy after reading the reviews and put ketchup and dill relish inside the meatloaf on top of the cheese. DH and I loved it but my mother and sister thought the pickle was a bit weird. I do want to try it with some grilled onions and mushrooms, maybe bacon. Excellent recipe though, both as is and with modifications.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

I just made this using fat free half and half, turkey bacon and turkey sausage to cut down on fat and cholesterol. It tasted wonderful but I think next time I'll stick with real bacon or try the bacon bits someone else recommended. Everything else was perfect.

Chicken and Bow Tie Pasta

I started with pre-seasoned lemon pepper chicken breasts. (I have like a huge freezer full because they were on sale.) I boiled them in lots of water with 2 teaspoons bouillion mixed in. After removing the chicken, I brought the broth back up to boiling and added the noodles to the pot. Everything else I followed except I added mushrooms and used frozen broccoli instead of fresh...the broccoli got a little soft but I still enjoyed it immensely. It was excellent!!

Barbie's Tuna Salad

I put 3 tbsp mayo, added chopped peanuts and green onions rather than dried onion. I reduced the parsley to 1 tsp, though with fresh parsley it might be good with a tablespoon. This was an excellent recipe. Thanks!

Not Red Spaghetti Sauce

I substituted olive oil for the butter because I was out of butter. (Who runs out of butter?) I was also out of mushrooms, and would have loved to try it with zucchini. As it was, I added chopped broccoli. This was really fast and really good. It seems very adaptable. Definitely going into my monthly rotation

Honey Ginger Grilled Salmon

Oh my goodness!! I'm not sure exactly how long we marinated this...probably close to an hour. But I followed the recipe exactly and grilled it on a gas grill on some aluminum foil. It was the best salmon I have ever tasted. Incredible!!!!!
