Quick and easy to make. I did make a few adjustments (from reading reviews and to personal taste) 1. Left the skin on the potatos 2. Used chicken stock to boil instead of water and then adding chicken bouillon 3. Give a bit of a mash to the potato etc. before thickening. Next time I will use more potatos. Would be a good base for using up leftover bits of veg from the fridge. Almost anything would work.
