Porcupine Meatballs II

Great recipe, I needed a recipe without egg for my son who's allergic. Second time I make it, I added lipton onion soup for a little more kick.

People love this dessert, I've been making it for years now and it's a frequent request for gatherings. Last time I make it with margarine and rice milk and it still turned out great!

Pumpkin Roll I

I've made this for four years now. It's a hit with a father-in-law, so even if I'm not their on Thanksgiving, I make sure I make it ahead of time for them. I follow the recipe as written.

French Silk Chocolate Pie I

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

These cookies are great, I used more brown sugar/less white like other's suggested. Added dried fruit to one batch. Hubbie said that they were better than his mother's!!

Love this cake, I make this for my son that is allergic to egg and dairy. I've used half whole wheat flour, brown sugar instead of white, and sometimes use coconut oil instead of vegetable oil. Doesn't seem to matter what I do this cake comes out perfect.

Pizza Crust II

Made this a few times now, its been great everytime. I use have wheat flour and use oil instead of margarine and also precook the crust fro about 5 minutes before adding toppings!
