Savory Lassi
I love plain lassis, but I made it exactly according to the recipe and neither my boyfriend nor I could finish it because it was waaay too salty. I know I would have liked it had I used less salt. I will try this again, but next time I will start out with 1/4 tsp salt. You can always put more salt in, but you can't take it out!

Restaurant Style Mango Lassi
I used canned Kesar Mango pulp bought at my Indian grocery store, but I used equal parts mango and yogurt and a little less than one part ice. I didn't have milk, so I used a little water instead. It was the perfect thick creamy consistency.

Mango Lassi II
I actually made this with a can of mango puree that I had bought at the local Indian grocery store with the idea of making mango ice-cream, but instead used it in this recipe. Sooooo easy! I omitted the sugar since the can of mango puree had sugar in it already. Tastes just like a fresh restaurant mango lassi!
