Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2010
Made this the other day and it's hands-down my new FAVORITE! I included the nutmeg, allspice and white pepper and made everything as written. LOVE THIS! Just added to my used-all-the-time cookbook. Thank you!!!

Health Nut Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2007
OUT OF THIS WORLD! I subbed 1 Cup Pumpkin for the blueberries, omitted the walnuts and used 1% milk instead of buttermilk and they turned out SOOOOO GOOD!!!! Definetly a keeper for this house!

Sweet and Sour Sauce I

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2006
I made per instructions, and boiled to the consistency we wanted. However, the smell was horrendous! I thought I had screwed it up, until my brave husband tried it and it wasn't bad. He was right! I had problems with the ketchup dissolving so next time, I'll mix that with the water before I add to the mix. Maybe then I'll get the red color, as tonight it was brown. We'll use again though.

Crab Rangoon III

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2006
We used the cream cheese, 1/4 of a 1.5lb. pkg. of imitation crab and the garlic powder. We were really happy with the taste! However, we're going to lower the temp of the oil next time, as these seemed to burn too quickly. We fried enough for this meal, and we will freeze the rest and fry them when we're ready, as this recipe makes a ton! Oh! And we couldn't find Wonton wrappers in our grocery store, so we used Egg roll wrappers, cut them in fours and they worked great!

Banana Split Ice Cream Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2004
This desert was easy to make, but seemed to lose it's flavor as it froze. Also, was very hard to cut and serve once frozen.

Death by Chocolate

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2004
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! I loved the combination, and the consistancy. Makes a lovely dessert that serves many. It was also great to find this recipe that didn't use liquer, as my husband doesn't drink. Definetly a favorite here! Thank you!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2004
These are so very simple and very tasty! I got a bit worried when they came out to the oven, because they didn't seem to set up right away. But sure enough, given some time on the counter, they turned out just fine. Thanks!

Dill Wrapped Cream Cheese

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2004
This is a great, tasty recipe. However, I would somehow spread the cream cheese out about a bit. The center got to be a bit much, but was good none-the-less. Thanks!

Asparagus Casserole I

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2004
I found the casserole to be a bit on the salty side. I wasn't too impressed, and my husband said it would be better with fresh asparagus to give it some crunch.
