Strawberry Cheesecake

Absoutely delicious!! Didn't change a thing but the baking time --- had to add about 7 minutes.

Good as is but this is just a starting point to add anything you wish to suit your tastes. Reminds me of pimento cheese spread. Nice presentation, I plated them on a small platter with a bowl of salsa for a little extra zing.

Chesapeake Bay Pasta Chicken and Shrimp

Rich and creamy !! Cooked as stated no substitutions except half and half for heavy cream (didn't have any). Will make this one again for sure especially for company.

This is a very good recipe. I did do several things differently. Garlic powder, 2 small cans of mushrooms, 1 small can diced tomatoes, 1 cup of ketchup,2tsp. oregano,1Tablespoon of worcestershire. Thanks!

Apple Bundt Cake

Good cake. I used about 3 cups of apples and 1/2 AP flour and 1/2 Whole Wheat, 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar. Will make this one again. Also used a butter rum glaze but think I will leave it off next time.

Texas Pie

Great recipe!! I did add to the dish. I didn't have leftover chicken so I pan fried with a little olive oil two small chicken breasts seasoned with garlic powder and pepper. Cooled and chopped. Also I used a small onion, chopped and 1 small pablano pepper, chopped. Then I added 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning. Also, I had a Mexican cheese blend that I thought would be good. Be sure to bake the pie crust until it is lightly golden brown, this add a crunch to the dish. Really yummy!!! Served with pinto beans and a small green salad. Thanks for a great Tex-Mex pie.

Banana Cheesecake with Caramel Sauce

I changed this a little. Shortbread cookies, no sugar for the crust. Vanilla wafers would probably be delicious. The cake recipe stayed the same except I baked mine in a 9 inch springform pan for abour 45-50 minutes. Also cheated on the sauce with ice cream caramel topping.

Overnight Pork Roast With Cabbage

This was very good! Like most others I made mashed potatoes on the side. Also, I only used 3 teaspoons of caraway thinking it would be too strong but next time I will follow the recipe. The caraway just mellows out and gives everything a wonderful taste.

Eggnog Cheesecake III

Great cheesecake! Your had better like eggnog before you make this one. I used fresh grated nutmeg and grated a little more over the top of the cake before serving. Very creamy texture. For the bakers that stated this did not taste like eggnog , I suggest using quality eggnog and fresh nutmeg.
