I'm giving it a four -- good but not outstanding. I have to admit the men seemed to like them much better. Unique, I will possibly make again .

Fierro Chicken

Very Good! I used 1 whole can green enchilada sauce, a small can of mushrooms and light cream. The only thing I would change next time is to brown the chicken with a little garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Caramel Pecan Cheesecake

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2009
Good Cheesecake. I used 3 packs of cream cheese and 3 eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract but everything else stayed the same. Probably next time I will cut the spices in half for the crust just because I thought it was a bit too spicy.

Slow Cooker Thanksgiving Turkey

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2008
This was pretty good. For some reason I didn't like the bacon taste with the turkey?! Anyway I may try this again with a few adjustments like no bacon and adding carrots, onion and celery to the pot.

Greek-Style Stuffed Peppers

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2008
These were delicious! My changes were made by what I had on hand. 1 lb. ground pork, 8 oz. tomato paste,1/2 cup wine,1/4 cup pine nuts ,1/4 cup raisins,1 T.greek seasoning, 1 t. garlic powder, 1 cup rice. The rest stays the same. I was leary of the raisins but they were good in this. Served with fried eggplant.

Anna's Amazing Easy Pleasy Meatballs over Buttered Noodles

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2008
This was surprising! Very good! I used 1 can cream of celery, 1 can French onion, about 16 meatballs and cooked only a half a package of noodles. Didn't use the slow cooker , just stirred the soups together and added the meatballs and simmered on low for about 1 hour. I added about 1/4 cup of sour cream at the end of the cooking time. Delish!!

Very good ! I browned everything early in the day and chilled until dinner time. Popped it in the over for about 25 minutes and it was delicious. I used polish sausage, 6 boneless chicken breasts sprinkled with garlic powder and added two vidalia onions the recipe, no vinegar, and added chopped chives for garnish and a little color.
