Breaded Hamburgers

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2005
I really liked this recipe-and so did my husband. I kept everything the same but I didn't have worcestershire sauce so I added a grilling sauce instead. I loved it and it had a great taste. You can add anything in place of the sauce, like BBQ, ketchup, and it still tastes great. I also like it that the hamburger isn't cooking in its grease-like most meatloafs. Thanks for this idea!

Sweet Potato Casserole II

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2005
This was my first time baking sweet potatoes. I really loved it and so did my guests. I increased all of the ingredients by a half because I was serving more people but still cooked it in a 9x13 pan. It turned out fine. I used half the marshmallows and added nutmeg.

i loved this recipe because it was easy and different. i used only two cups of water though, maybe it's because i used jasmine rice. but it was very good-my husband loved it!

i got RAVE reviews from everyone at Christmas dinner. all the ladies wanted the recipe. i will definitely make this again. i doubled the recipe and beat it for 15 minutes instead of 20 (since i added four eggs). it was light and fluffy and set very well. goes great with a very buttery crust!

Crab Quiche

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2004
My husband and I loved this recipe! I gave it five stars on taste but probably a 2 for healthy recipes. I didn't add the tabasco sauce but I chose this recipe because it uses ingredients I usually have. It was excellent with the change too!

Great Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2004
I wouldn't necessarily say that these are easy to make but that's probably because I was making 25!! It took a lot of time but was worth it. I added garlic to add more flavor and everyone loved it!

Caramel Popcorn

Reviewed: May 18, 2004
This was wonderful! I used about eight quarts of popcorn though so that it wasn't so sugary. I made it for a party and it was all gone when they left =(

Coconut Frosting and Filling

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2004
I love this recipe!! You just have to be careful that the ingredients aren't too warm (as well as the cake) as you frost it. I made a two layer cake and used it as frosting and filling. Then I sprinkled extra coconut on top for looks. I've made this numerous times for bridal showers-it's perfect when I decorate with real flowers around the edge. Everybody has raved about it. Thank you!
