Easy Pistachio English Toffee Ice Box Cake

Banana Pudding IV

This is sinful. I love it. I used 1/3 less fat cream cheese and you would never know the differnce. Very good recipe. It was gone in a family of 3 in less than 24 hours. :)

I really hate when people change up recipes but I have always made my enchiladas close to these and had a can of cheese soup and wanted to try this recipe. I added chopped onion to the meat mix, and then a can of chopped chilies. I also soaked the tortillas with red enchiladas sauce and they followed the recipes with the exception to adding the cheese soup instead of the cream of mushroom. I also used the four cheese baged cheese instead of the cheese listed here. With the incorporation of the cheese soup and yogurt and it made my normal enchiladas fantastic. Thanks so much.

Zucchini Brownies

These are wonderful. I was a little unsure about if you are supposed to pack the zucchini in the measuring cup or not but my batter was really moist and the brownies came out perfect. I didn't add the glaze and just put a half bag of chocolate chips on top. I took them to party and everyone loved them. Thanks so much. I will be making these tons.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

I used a frozen deep dish pie crust for the bottom crust and one of the refridgerated pie crusts for the top and I made a lattace top. Make this the day before you want to serve it so it can settle and get firm and OH SO GOOD. I loved and and can't stop making it for people. :)

Butter Flaky Pie Crust

This was a really good crust. I make mine with a pot pie. Brushed the bottom with egg whites and cooked for about 5 minutes before filling. It turned out perfect. Thanks you.

Super yummy. I put my bowl in the fridge between batches so they would roll into balls better. Mine were a little flat and I used a brand new box of baking soda. I might have overmixed the butter. Will make again.

Chicken Pot Pie II

Yummy. I used the "Buttery Flakey pie crust" from this site and used a deep dish pie plate. Used heavy cream instead of the milk and changed nothing else. Very yummy.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This is a super good recipe. I only changed 1/4 cup oil, 1/2 cup butter, and 1/4 cup lite applesauce. Baked it in 2 9x4 loaf pans and had to cook it for about 65 minutes. Thank you for this awesome recipe!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Yummy! I used 1/3 cup oil instead of the butter, used 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in the mix with flour and used brown sugar on top. You must try it! You WILL NOT be dissapointed!

Artichoke Chicken

I thought this was really good. Not great for your waste line but yummy. I used 1/2 cup light sour cream and 1/4 cup lit mayo. I didn't have the marinated artichoke and only had the kind in a can with water. So I sautéed them in garlic and olive oil (be sure you squeeze all he water out of them) and then cut them up. I didn't use any seasoning except what the recipes said and it was good. My six year old loved it. Thanks!

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

We eat this all the time. Here is my tip, melt the butter in a sauce pan and then add the breadcrumbs. Stir for about one minute and then put onto the Salmon. This makes the topping crunchy and the butter is more evenly spread.

Apple Pie I

I don't know what I did wrong but my came out a litt runny. I did add 1 tbl of lemon and vanilla and two tbl of flour so that it wouldn't come out runny, but it still did. I think my apples might have been too juicy. I will try again with different kind of apples, and maybe that should fix it. It was still super yummy though.

Coconut Shrimp I

These were super easy and super yummy. I didn't add anything to the recipe. The sauce was perfect but I didn't have regular mustard so I used Dijon and it was wonderfu. My husband and I will be making this recipe many times.
