Champagne Shrimp and Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2005
This was amazing! Becareful not to use too much pasta. I used my favorite wine, and also made it a second time substituting shrimp with scallops. This is definatley a favorite!

Absolutely Perfect Palak Paneer

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2005
This was good! I have never had an "authentic" dish...so I have nothing to compare to. I used frozen chopped spinach and did not puree it. I also used yogurt instead of sour cream, and made my own paneer...which is very very easy and it fried very nicely. I will make it again definately!

Indian Stir-Fried Shrimp in Cream Sauce (Bhagari Jhinga)

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2005
I was not blown away by this at all. I adjusted the spices - but still did not find it very flavourful - and there was way too much salt. The only difference was that I used sea salt. So don't!!

Paneer

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2005
This is so easy its scary! I made a 1/2 batch...and for any metric users - it is 2L milk to 500ml of buttermilk. Will try again!

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Herb Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2004
This was absolutely delicious. I used a whole Tenderloin and sliced it. I could have bathed in the herb cream sauce...it was divine!! Thanks for sharing this - it will soon become a personal classic of mine.

Fajita Marinade I

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2004
This is best cooked on the BBQ. We roasted red peppers, sweet onions along with it, and were totally blown away by the taste. It was absolutely delicious. One of my favorite backyard BBQ recipes now!

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2004
These were good. I used margarine instead of butter wity good results. Refridgerate for 1/2 hr before rolling. Rolling smaller cookies may result in burnt bottoms. I baked at top rack - with bigger cookies and had good results. Will make these again!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2003
These were fantastic! I made a single batch of the filling and piped it into about 30 mushrooms. I used a food processor to finely chop the stems, used grated parmesan and sprinkled italian bread crumbs on top. I will definatley make these again! I made these for three occassions over the holidays!
