I started cooking when I was four years old. Ever since then I have been in the kitchen. I learned mainly from watching my mother. I like to try from scratch dishes that are relatively healthy and taste good. I love to decorate cakes and hope to make it a business someday.

My favorite family cooking traditions
Making the most wonderful apple dumplings with my Grandmother. I am beginning to make them like she, but not quite. She doesn't measure anything, so they're hard to recreate.
My cooking triumphs
-Making from scratch soft pretzels - Healthy black bean enchiladas that my family thought they would hate but ended up loving.
-Banana Foster chimichangas
My cooking tragedies
Tried making rolls that tasted like Lambert's Cafe's rolls. They ended up being as hard as cement (no joke).
