Easy Sugar Cookies

(substituted splenda) Cookies did not change shape - stayed in their little round balls, and then turned to dust as soon as we touched them. Added about 2T of milk to the rest and flattened them by hand, plus made them bigger. Milk helped them stick together, but still taste dusty on outside but with a slight gooey center.

Gluten-Free Lovely Lemon Cupcakes

This was my first attempt at making anything gluten-free and they were a huge hit at a party! I used fat-free ricotta cheese and 1/3 less fat cream cheese. It was so moist we had to eat them with forks!
