Yummy Pork Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2013
I was very hesitant to try this, but had leftover pork tenderloin, and did't want to eat it again plain,so decided to try this, and was very pleasantly surprised. I only had one can of cream of mushroom soup, and added a little evaporated milk to thin it a little. Only had elbow macaroni, so added that. Didn't bake it in the oven as it was hot on the stove, so served it right away. Both my husband and I really enjoyed it. Loved the consistency of it, creamy, and he said that this was a keeper. Could use any leftover meat I think.

Granny's Beef Stew

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2011
Best stew I have ever made. My husband said it was better than the Paula Deen recipe I had used the last time. So easy, and definitely will make again. I used my cast iron pan, and since I was going out in the afternoon, I browned the meat and cooked it for a couple hours in the morning, put it in the frig, and when I got home, quick heated it added veggies, and it was just wonderful.

Blueberry Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2010
Wonderful blueberry pie, I used 6 cups of berries, as I had a deep dish pan, and added 5 Tb of cornstarch, sprinkle of cinnamon, and a splash of lemon juice. We all loved it, it was a nice consistency, and will be a keeper for me.

Pat's Baked Beans

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2009
Everyone loved these beans, and they are so easy to make. They were going to be sitting out for a short time before eating, so cooked them overnite in the crockpot, and took them warm in the crockpot, and they stayed wonderfully. Hit with everyone. Will definitely do again

English Walnut Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2007
This pie was so easy to make, and excellent. I made it for our neighbors, who are chefs, and also have a pie business. They loved it, and thought it was better than the traditional pecan pie. I sprinkled a few walnut halves on top after putting the filling in the crust, and served with whip cream.
