Made this marinade as written. Delicious. I made a quadruple batch and marinaded 6 chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces) for almost 24 hours in approx 1/4 of the marinade (equivalent to this recipe, as written) and approx a dozen large shrimp for 15 min. Refrigerated the reserved 3/4 of the marinade. The next night we grilled the chicken, shrimp, and added pineapple chunks, onions, and red peppers. Served with rice. Heated the reserved half of the marinade and served individually for each person to use as dip or to pour over meat, veggies and rice. Everyone loved it! Definitely 5 stars. Will make again and again!
Have made this recipe numerous times. Most recently started marinating bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts before grilling. Everyone raves about them. Very moist and juicy plus a wonderful flavor! Can't say enough good about this recipe!!!
