My family couldn't get enough of these. Everyone was surprised that the crust was saltines. So fast and easy.

Chutney Turkey Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2010
I did add a dash of curry powder and used what was on hand - shredded cheddar and regular raisins, but otherwise followed the recipe. My family really liked it.

Mom's Barbeque Style Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2010
I used red bell pepper -- but otherwise did not change a thing. We really liked it -- maybe I'll try it with ground turkey or beef as a sloppy Joe.

Turkey Tetrazzini II

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2010
I made this recipe with chicken and added some buttered breadcrumb topping -- not much -- and it browned up nice & golden.. My husband and grandson loved it. Everyone had seconds. Very good dinner.

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2010
I used about half the butter and half & half instead of heavy cream. My husband said it was the best part of Thanksgiving dinner.

Cherry-Blueberry Pie

I tried this in the summer. So easy and everyone loved it. I needed to leave feedback because I just looked it up again to make for our Christmas buffet.

Morgan's Grilled Fish

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2012
Wonderful, easy, delightful -- I slightly altered it only because I had barely one tablespoon of thyme left, but my family loved it. Three of us had it on salmon -- and the fourth on haddock (marinated in a separate dish). It made enough to coat two pounds of fish. My daughter wanted to go out and buy more salmon while it was still on sale so we could make it again -- like tomorrow isn't soon enough.

Ratatouille Fettuccine Alfredo

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2012
Wow!!! Had red pepper on hand -- and just regular old spaghetti -- but otherwise didn't change a thing. I thought the recipe seemed strange -- but we like butternut squash ravioli, so we gave it a chance. Glad that we did -- this is definitely a keeper.

Basic Cheese Polenta

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2013
This is definitely the easiest polenta outside of slicing up a tube of store bought. I made this to use with my recipe for Polenta with Spicy Sausage-Veggie Sauce -- also on allrecipes -- and it was delish. Next time, I will leave out the salt.

Ciabatta Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2013
The dough was so wet, it oozed on my board. It did bake up as pictured and looked pretty nice, but my daughter's first comment was, "You've made better bread than this." It was too salty for our family to eat and we are saving it to make a strata or bread crumbs with.

Unstuffed Tomatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2014
This is quick and easy and can be made with tomatoes that are blemished. Try cooking it in a preheated cast iron pan, stirring often. We've never had a problem with soggy bread.

Ham and Asparagus Fettuccine

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2015
I did not have any heavy cream, so I used a jar of Alfredo sauce with Parmesan cheese -- left out the butter and used only 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. My family really loved it and we saved over 300 calories per serving. The sauce and cheese were not heated, so I warmed it in the oven for about 15 minutes.
