Wonderful. Very simple to make, and I always have the ingredients on hand. Simplicity makes this my go to recipe. Very tender. I would suggest adding this cinnamon glaze after baking: 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon, 1/4 cup of butter, melt over medium heat in a saucepan. Add a simple icing if you like fancy. I would also suggest baking in a 12 in round pan to keep them even more moist and tender insad of the muffin pan.
