Quick and Easy Monkey Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2009
This is always a big hit. Just as recommended I dip the dough in the melted butter before I put each in the pan. I use approx. 22 dough balls. This recipe tastes the best if you use yeast rolls. Also, I use a pound of butter and I put cream cheese frosting on top. Yum!

Spicy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2008
This recipe is awesome. I did make a change, instead of the seasoning and corn oil I used olive oil and 1 tablespoon of Emeril's essence seasoning. You can not stop eating these.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2008
Awesome. I used the canned diced tomatoes and followed the recipe exactly. It tasted even better the next day, so be sure to double the batch.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2008
Awesome. I used 1/2 cup mayo and 1/2 cup sour cream. I also added 4 oz of each jalapeno jack and white cheddar cheeses, and sprinkled a bit on top. I used the green chiles as the recipe states and used 6 fresh jalapenos instead of canned. I put mine in the refrigerator overnight so all the flavors could marinate together. I wouldn't change a thing.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2008
thanks for the recipe. This is so awesome and so easy. The only thing I did was substitute sea salt for the regular salt. I did dip it in the butter pats as someone else suggested and added the chicken broth to the bottom of the pan. Although they say it makes an awesome gravy, the meat does not need it. I do cut slits in the meat under the skin so that the flavor gets into the meat I would really recomend that to anyone making this recipe.

Easy Arugula Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2008
This salad was excellent. I added cranberries as someone suggested, but I think it gave a little odd flavor. Instead next time I am going to add roasted red & yellow peppers and bacon. The dressing is excellent. I used the rice vinegar as the recipe called for. Thanks so much. UPDATE: this salad is such a hit. I have people always asking for the recipe. It tastes great with the roasted red peppers. I chopped up the peppers on the side so people could add what they wanted.

White Chocolate Cheesecake with White Chocolate Brandy Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2008
This cheescake was so awesome. The only thing that took me offguard was the fact that the cheesecake was not very thick. If anyone is used to "Chantal's Cheesecake recipe" on this site. I would probably put it in a smaller springform pan. The cooking time was perfect and the cheesecake was delicious. I used 1.5 ounces of high quality brandy and I wouldn't change a thing about the sauce. The picture is misleading as the sauce is definitely made with white chocolate and therefore is white. I wouldn't change a thing.

Greek Pasta Salad I

Reviewed: May 29, 2008
This was really tasty, but it definitely makes a lot. I would definitely cut the recipe down. I made this for 40 servings and I think I had at least 120. Great recipe. The dressing was awesome.

Cajun Seafood Pasta

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2007
This is an awesome recipe. A few things I did made all the difference. Instead of Cayenne pepper, I substituted 2tsp. red curry. I cut the black pepper in half. It still has a kick to it, but the taste is fantastic. It is my brother's favorite dish. NEVER TRY TO MAKE WITH LOWFAT. It comes out runny and the cheese doesn't melt smoothly.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2007
I made this cheesecake and it was so good I did not even get a piece. I did like someone suggested and baked it in the water bath, but my crust did not come off the pan when it was being served. I am going to make it again tonight. Thank you.
