Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2014
Followed the recipe, only change i made was adding some semi-sweet chocolate chips. Used a 1 and 1/2 in. cookie scoop and got 6 dozen cookies. Other than that, these turned out great! Little on the sweet side but that is totally personal opinion. Next time I will probably cut out the 1/4c. of both sugars.

Easy Cajun Jambalaya

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2014
This was a 4 or 4 1/2 star recipe. I follow the directions exactly, and while it was finishing cooking I realized, "This doesn't have any color." Having never made jambalaya before I didn't realize that it is supposed to have tomato something in it. Well, I added a 6oz. can of tomato paste, and tinkered around with the spices (personal preference) and it was AMAZING!! Adding that can of tomato paste brought it up to a 5 star recipe.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2013
I followed other reviewers suggestions and added 1/4c. flour 1/2 tsp baking soda and used only 1/2 tsp salt. I also omitted the nuts. They turned out amazing!!! At twelve minutes they don't look fully cooked but resist the urge to let them go a few more minutes. Take them out and let them sit on the cookie sheet for a couple of minutes. They finish cooking and are soo good. Lightly crispy around the edges and chewy, soft on the inside, they were exactly what I was looking for!

This recipe is a great starting point. I omitted the rice cereal and added 1/2 to 3/4c. grape nuts cereal and a couple tbls of wheat germ. I left the rest of it the same except i didnt put raisins in. Turned out great. Thanks for the recipe
