Kheer (Rice Pudding)
I've made this lots of times. It's great. I use waaaaay more sugar than the recipe call for because I like it sweet, and I also heavy up on the cardamom and rosewater at the end. It doesn't make a perceptible difference in flavor or texture when I've used regular coconut milk or light, or skim or regular milk for that matter. Don't use Splenda -- I tried that and the aftertaste is noticeable.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
I followed the recipe exactly. Even at a low heat simmer, the sugar/butter/water mixture quickly caramelized into goo which really couldn't be poured over the latticework, but rather had to be spooned and "pushed" into the openings. A huge hot mess, and a waste of apples and time.

Iced Tea II
Overall this was great! I didn't have the orange tea bag that it inquired in the ingredients, but I used a different type that also worked! It was very refreshing and would be great for a BBQ.
