Connie's Zucchini "Crab" Cakes
Awesome! I only had plain breadcrumbs so I just added some Italian seasoning to the mix and added some garlic powder. I did squeeze out the moisture from the zucchini in paper towels. I'll definitely make these again and again!

Zucchini Pasta II
I loved this recipe! Yummy! I didn't add the crushed red pepper because my husband isn't a fan. It was a little soupy when I finished so I poured it into a prepared casserole dish, topped it with the Parmesan cheese and baked it at 350 for about 20 minutes and it was perfect. Will make this again and again.

Pretty Chicken Marinade
This is an awesome marinade! I will use it over and over again. Can't wait to try it on pork chops or a pork loin. I didn't use as much liquid smoke as called for and used garlic paste (in the tube) instead of the garlic powder. I also used boneless, skinless chicken thighs and they turned out great. The meat was very moist and tender. I'd do it again in a heartbeat! Best ever!
