My family though this was wonderful and so did I. I tweeked it a bit by adding more sausage, but this was pretty delicious. I will definately make this again. This was a winner!

Chimichurri Sauce

I thought this was a great sauce! However great, instead of using parsley, I used an entire bunch of cilantro and added much more garlic, and Bam! Delicious.
