True-Blue Potato Salad

I made a small portion for a party because I just wanted to try it out on a few people. BIG mistake they loved it and I wish I had made more. I will be making this for fathers day.

Banana Crumb Muffins

So good and so easy to make. My husband thought that I bought them from a store. I did add a little vanilla and nutmeg to the topping. I will be making these often.

This was really good. I used less butter as others recommended and I added a bit of red pepper flakes to add some spice. My family loved it. My only regret is not buying 2 french bread loafs instead of one. The bread ran out fast. I will be making this again soon. Thanks for sharing.

ummmm, made these over the holidays and they were a hit. I did not drizzle butter at the end as I found they were already a bit to buttery. Thanks for sharing!

Lemon Square Bars

These are absolutely delicious. I have made them twice in the last couple of weeks. I still need work on the crust, it is coming out to crunchy. I wonder if not siffting the flour has anything do do with it, hum! I will continue to try because they are so good.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Shrimp Scampi V

Ummm...this is really good stuff. I made it tonight for dinner (1st time). I really loved it and the best part is it is so easy and fast to prepare. I cant wait to make it for family and friends, surely it will be a big hit.

Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Mmmmm, so good. I love this recipe and so do my guests at parties. One thing though I use only half the recommeded salt. When I used the full amount it was not as enjoyable.

Ancho Tortilla Soup

So good. Tortilla soup is one of my all time favorits and I have tried many. This is one of the best so far. I do put the soup in the blender to give it more thickness before pouring it over the chicken and adding the garnish on top.

Joelle's Famous Hot Crab and Artichoke Dip

This has been a huge hit at parties and gatherings for me. People love it! They will ask "who made this, it is so good". Now everytime I am invited somewhere I am asked to bring the dip.
