Sunday Dinner, roast beef, roasted potatoes and Yorkshire pudding! My Mother's homemade ravioli and canoli!
My cooking triumphs
Abalone dinner for 8 as a celebrity auction. Friend caught the Abalone fresh day before (we had photos to show them it was indeed FRESH day before serving), came out perfect, tender, turns out daughter of the top bidder was, at the time, pastry chef for "Aqua" in San Francisco!!
My cooking tragedies
I was doing a big dinner for a meat fan and had roast beef and "Twice baked" potatos where you scoop out filling, cream it, place back inside and bake again. Took the pan out and dropped them all into a heap on the floor. I gathered the mess up and therw them into a food processor--Now I know what "paste" taste like! Gluey!! Yeeeeeeeeeeech!
