This is a good recipe. I used pre-sliced mild pepperoncinis, and it wasn't too spicy for the kids. I didn't care for the pickled veggies after they had cooked, but my husband ate them up. I will definatly make this on a regular basis!

Chocolate Gravy II

Mine came out a little lumpy, but it tasted great. I served it on pancakes, and my 18-month old ate two! She never eats more than two bites of anything. I will make this again and try to figure out what I did wrong the first time, as I didn't read of anyone else having problems with lumps.

Caribbean Coconut Chicken

I have been dying to make a dish with coconut milk, and I have to admit that I was slightly disappointed with the outcome of this one. I guess I had high expectations after reading the reviews. I expected more of an exotic flavor, and this was just kind of ordinary. However, the chicken did turn out very tender and juicy. I didn't even need a knife to cut it! It tasted great....just not what I had in mind.

Buffalo Chicken Rolls

My family loved this recipe. My computer was down on the day I decided to make it, so I had to depend on my memory to get me through. I used way too much hot sauce to marinate the chicken in, and the vinegar from the sauce began to "cook" the chicken almost immediatly. But the flavor was wonderful!

Not bad. The flavor was nice, but the meat came out too tough, even though I sliced it very thin. I don't know what I did wrong. I will give it another try.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

This was a very good recipe, but RICH! Followed the advice of the others, and reduced the amount of blue cheese dressing. I used ranch on half of the pizza for my husband, but he enjoyed the blue cheese as well.

Ann's Sister's Meatloaf Recipe

Great meatloaf recipe. It is just as good without the bacon. I didn't use the MSG, and I found that it is better with ketchup on top instead of tomatoe sauce. The texture is nice, and it doesn't fall apart when it's cut.

Pretty good. I didn't think it was too salty, as some of the others did. The ingredients go well together. It came out very moist and tender. And it was very easy and fast to prepare, which is always a plus!

I did not care for this recipe. My husband and dinner guests enjoyed it, though. The garlic flavor was nice, but the taste of the egg yolk killed it for me.

Florentine Artichoke Dip

I made this for a Christmas Eve party, and hardly anyone touched it. I love garlic, but I thought 3 cloves of garlic was WAY too much. However, I might try this recipe again with a couple adjustments. Next time I will try roasting the garlic first, and using marinated artichoke hearts. It also needs a pinch of salt.
