Peanut Butter Bars I

Very good! I remember getting these in school For dessert with lunches so I decided to make them and I was very pleased because these are MUCH better. I substituted unsweetened bakers chocolate so the conversion was fun and was a great math lesson for my 9 year old as well. I recommend cooling for more than an hour for a nice firm set. Overnight is good.

Old-Fashioned Chocolate Fudge

As they say, 3rd time is a charm. My very first time making fudge ever and I chose this recipe because of the baking cocoa and because the recipe makes it seem easy. Well, I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars because it is not that easy. After 2 fails resulting in goo and reading the reviews with the stirring tips I got it right!!! It has not yet fully cooled but the texture is good as well as the firmness, and it tastes great!

Baked Fudge

I agree that it is NOT Fudge. Not even fudge like brownies. More like a fudge cake. However, regardless of what it's called it is excellent!! It tastes very good. I am on a low/no sugar diet so I substituted 1 cup of sugar with one cup of sucralose for baking. Tasted great! Then I loaded the sugar back on it by topping it with some chocolate frosting and sprinkled chopped walnuts on top. It was very tasty. I am now going to make it again!

Black-Eyed Peas with Pork and Greens

Very tasty! I used mustard greens. I think it doesn't matter which greens, they will all taste good. I also had to use canned black eyed peas because I waited until DEC 31 and the dry were all gone! Still very good!
