Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Great, and I'm sure it'll be even better with corn tortilla's. Also, I thought the mixture wasn't going to be enough so I doubled it. BIG mistake! Ended up needing two dishes. Yikes.

Spaghetti Sauce with Ground Beef

Four Cheese Macaroni

This macaroni and cheese is not to my liking, and I attribute it to the aftertaste of the Meunster cheese. I suspect all the glowing reviews is for modified versions. I made a 2nd batch without Muenster, and it was a hit. I never have liked Meunster but thought the other cheese's would over power it, nope. I will make again but not as directed.

Apple Crumb Pie

Good apple pie, and you do not need to double the crumb topping. I honestly don't know why people are even suggesting it. Only 4 stars because as cooked, some of the apples were half done. I recommend pre-cooking the pie filling first, then pouring into pie shell. Put crumb topping on top and finish baking in the oven. I'll try this next time to ensure it comes out right.

Shepherd's Pie

The recipe is good as is. I've all ways heard of Shepherd's Pie and wanted to make one. I'll never make again. Not a very tasty meal. Edible yes, tasty...not so much.

Fish Tacos

The white sauce is what makes this a good recipe, the beer batter is very bland. You have to doctor it up to add flavor, and I didn't do that. You literally have to drench the fish in the sauce to give it some flavor. 5 stars for the sauce, 1 star for the fish averaging out to 3. I recommend seasoning the fish before placing it in the batter, and adding more salt to the batter to make it taste better. We will do this again with changes.

Sweet Potato Bread I

These are really good when made as directed. My store had the hot tomato sauce so I lucked out. I hope others try it, without amending the recipe, you wont be disappointed. Good luck!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Absolutely fantastic, follow recipe and they should come out as described. My only recommendations for the beginner baker: 1) Use a heaping teaspoon when scooping batter onto the baking pan. 2) Use butter at room temperature. I know this is no-brainer stuff, but I've messed up before not following these two recommendations, so I figure I'd share.

Baked Ziti I

I really, really liked this recipe. To tweak it I added 8oz mushrooms, a zuchinni chopped up and 1/2 lbs Italian sausage to the hamburger while it was cooking. It's a great and easy recipe, I gave it 4 stars only because it tastes like lasagna to me, nothing unique about it.

Extremely delicious, this is a recipe to add to your recipe rotation. Only advice I have is to make sure to marinate the chicken, I didn't do it and there wasn't enough time for the flavors to soak in.

Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms

Delicious recipe! I didn't change a thing. The imitation crab meat can be omitted, you don't even taste it in the mushrooms. I'll try this again as an appetizer for a party or potluck.
