Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2012
OMG! This recipe is so amazingly simple and sooooo delicious. I have been in the food industry for 18 years, but have stayed clear of cooking ribs for so loong in fear of overcooking them or incorrectly cooking them. I have to say, I read a few reviews and applied some hints to my all-star effort. I bought a 3# rack of ribs and split in into 3 portions. I put the dry rub on from one of the reviews and bbq sauce. I wrapped each portion indvidually in foil and let marinade for 2 hours in the fridge. I cooked the ribs, still wrapped in foil, in a 13x9 pan just in case of drippings or leakage from the foil. I cooked ribs at 275 for 2hrs. I unwrapped ribs, lined pan with foil, applied another coat of bbq sauce, and broiled ribs for about 7min. I let ribs rest for 15min after removing from oven. Was a delicious meal with bbq beans, salad and corn on the cob. Meat really did fall off bone. This is a definite repeat meal.
