Easy Skillet Supper

This was easy and good. I added some spices that sounded good to me at the time to the hamburger and served it with a little shredded cheddar on top. Easy!

I couldn't put my nose on what was different from what I've had in the past with this. Then I was talking to one of my friends and she uses double the sour cream. I will do that next time! But very very yummy!

Simple Artichoke Dip

Irish Potato Farls

I used about twice the flour butter and salt, and they turned out great. I also put a pat of butter on each piece before I served them, We all really liked them.
