The first time I tried it I immediately tweeked it, but it was a great starter point as I do not bake much. So all I did different was add a tablespoon of tumeric to the flour mixture, to add a bit of taste on that golden colour. Also I added a pinch of chilli-pepper flakes. In addition I added about 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt, and I mixed all together for a few minutes. I aslo did as others have posted, 2 cups of cormeal and 1 1/2 cups of flour. Turned out awesome.... the kids loved it.
