Tender Italian Baked Chicken

Simple and so very tasty. Yes I did add some seasoning. I used a knife to spread the mayo mixture on the chicken, put in the bread crumbs and spread the other side with mayo, turned over in the bread crumbs. Put on a rack above the baking sheet. was wonderful! Kids had seconds!

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

This was perfect. It was exactly what we needed today. Made our tummy's happy and our mouths zinging with great flavors. Some fresh crusy french bread tasted great sopping up that sauce.

Sausage Red Beans 'n' Rice

Husband is always talking about wanting Red Beans and Rice - I was looking for a recipe to use my Smoked Turkey sausage with - and stumbled onto this. I used chili beans. Flavor was fabulous. Such a simple recipe and very rewarding. Made cornbread muffins for the side.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This was so rich! I brought it to a super bowl party and it was barely touched. My husband said you really can only eat about 5 bites before the cream cheese overtakes you. Not sure how to make it better....just not our cup of tea.

Pork Roast With The World's Best Pork Loin Rub

we all LOVED this! Amazing flavor! The young ones thought it was a bit too spicy. But it wasn't for the 4 adults at all. Just perfect. Will make this my go to rub for pork roasts!

Seven Layer Taco Dip

Only change was to mix 1/2 of the taco package with the sour cream, otherwise did everything exactly as written. Wonderful recipe, didn't all get eaten at the party - but hubby made short work of the leftovers the next day. Great!

Parmesan Pork Tenderloin

only thing I added was Johnny's Seasoning instead of salt. The pork was tender and juicy. The zucchini, onions and garlic in the juices was amazing. Thank you for a delicious meal that even a non pork lover loved!

Best-Ever Meatloaf

Wonderful and simple. I realized I didn't add the water - but didn't need it. I just put the rest of the tomato soup on top of the meatloaf in the last 10 minutes. Soo good! Husband at 3 pieces and said - this is going to make the best sandwiches! I will make again for sure!

Spring Sweet Pea Pasta Salad

This had a wonderful fresh taste. I didn't add the lemon zest (was worried about a too lemony taste) - but I did everything else exactly like the recipe. Everyone enjoyed it at the potluck I brought it to. Highly recommend!

Heavenly Halibut

The flavor in this was magnificent. I did what others did and baked for 15 minutes and then broiled for a few minutes at the end. My husband who is trying fish now - LOVED THIS! We will do this again!

Angel Chicken Pasta

I thought it was ok - I made exactly as written. I didn't think there was enough sauce for a pound of pasta - probably 1/2 pound pasta would be good. Though it did fill up 7 people quite well. I wouldn't make it again.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

I marinated this for 5 hours - did everything according to the recipe. Came out so wonderful. Flavorful and juicy. I served with gravy from the drippings, baked potatoes, peas and we even at the onion that was in the chicken - tasted wonderful!

Paprika Chicken with Sour Cream Gravy

Most important - my kids LOVED IT! They ate every bite. And my son decided he likes rice too because of it. My husband and I thought it was tasty and satisfying - but wasn't over and beyond.

This was the best! My store said it wasn't getting the cocktail rye bread for another few weeks. So I bought a dark rye bread loaf - lightly toasted and then cut into 4 pieces - then followed the recipe exactly. AWESOME!

I love this salad! It is so fresh tasting. When I arrived to the potluck I brought the dressing, crunchy stuff and salad all in separate containers. Mixed when I got there. We ate about 30 minutes later and everything was perfect! I did add chicken to my salad to make it more hearty.

I loved the creaminess of the sauce - the filling was good too...I do think it would be better with Italian Sausage in the filling. I made it exactly as written and it was wonderful, but not absolutely perfect :)
