Whipped Cream

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2014
I'll never buy store bought whipped cream again. This recipe is waaay too good. I love that you can play around and adjust it to your needs. Freezing your bowl and beaters makes this very easy to whip up. :)

Basic Biscuits

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2014
This recipe is so simple and makes the perfect biscuit. I use the exact recipe and once the milk goes in I mix it all together and turn it out onto a floured surface. Sometimes I knead, sometimes not. I pat it down to about 1/2 an inch and use a juice glass to cut them...sometimes turning, sometimes not. Never have I made a bad batch. From start to finish it is done in 20 mins and always right on time for dinner.

Bread Pudding II

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2014
I love this recipe. It's simple and fast and a good way to use up bread that's on it's way out. I make "as is" and my family loves it. I do leave out the raisins.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake III

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2014
This is the first time I've ever made a dessert with a vegetable. My neighbor brings us enormous zucchinis and I am always looking for ways to use them. I must say I was a little nervous about messing up a chocolate cake. Since this recipe has been reviewed by loads of people I decided to use some suggestions: I only used 1 cup oil, no cinnamon, a tsp of vanilla, and no nuts. It mixed up nice and was fun to make with my husband and daughter. We made it in a bundt pan and baked for 60 mins. We let it cool through the afternoon and tried it after dinner. This was THE BEST chocolate cake I've ever had. My family loved and we even sent half to our neighbors. Everyone loved it. It was the perfect sweetness so we didn't even put anything on top. Just perfect. Thank you!

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2014
I make these brownies all the time. From experience I just bake them on 150 degrees C for 42 minutes. They are perfectly chewy, chocolate-y heaven. Haven't tried to double the recipe but really should because they do not last long. I do not frost my brownies.
