Banana Crumb Muffins

We love this receipe!!! I used brown sugar 1/2 cup, split the flour 50 % white, 50% wheat. Used canola oil instead of butter. Now I have someplace to use my old bananas.

Mediterranean Black Olive Bread

this recipe is wonderful! I have made it at least a dozen times now and its come out beautifully every time. I bake at 400 for 15 minutes and then lower to 350 and the bread comes out nicely toasted and soft. I have made this with a variety of different olives and have also made it into a raisin bread (raisins, brown sugar, and cinnamon) as well as adding cranberries and walnuts. You can split the ingredients into 4 buns as well if you want smaller servings sizes. Thank you so much for this recipe its a keeper!!

Low-Fat Corn Bread

Excellent cornbread! I followed the receipe exactly and really enjoyed it :-) Sept 4th- I added sweet corn kernels to the recipe, used soy milk and made sure to beat the egg whites till nice and frothy. The 2nd time around the corn bread came out nice, fluffy and moist. The tweaks really made a difference!!

Cream of Broccoli Soup I

Excellent! I used 2 percent milk and steamed the brocolli instead of boiling. I just added four cups of water to the mix (in addition to the steamed brocolli and pureed brocolli) and it came out great! I did add a bit more salt than recommended but I found it needed it!
