Ibby's Pumpkin Mushroom Stuffing

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2008
Absolutely to die for! I serve this with the holiday meals, and everyone goes back for seconds and the leftovers are gone first. It's now become a tradition and my family expects this dish to be served....fabulous!

Peanut Butter Easter Eggs

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2005
Very tasty treat - my husband *loved* them. The only changes I would make is to melt the butter before adding to the mixer, and more chocolate for the coating of the eggs. I ran out early on and had to make scraggly-looking eggs by the end.

Hamburger Pie II

Good recipe and very easy to make, though it needed more time in the oven than asked for. Excellent leftovers, too.

Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole

Not a "wow" dish, but good and a hit among the family. Easy to make too. I will probably do less onion next time.

I took a risk on this recipe for a dinner party, and all my guests were asking for seconds! Highly recommended.

I was not very impressed. These were tasty, but not as flavorful as I would have hoped.

Butternut Squash Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2003
Excellent recipe!! I made this for home and then for Thanksgiving dinner, and received rave reviews from all! Like many suggested, I cut the sugar in half and also substituted unsalted crackers for the vanilla wafers. This made it a side dish that is still sweet, but not too sweet that it seemed like a dessert. It's very very tasty - a lot like sweet potato casserole.

Pork Chops in Beer

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2003
This was my first time making pork chops, and I thought this recipe sounded simple enough. It was not only simple, but very tasty! Do not be fooled by the beer and ketchup, the final result has a definite sweet taste that complements the pork chops well. I would make this recipe again.
