I did not have that much milk or cream cheese. so here is what I did. I used 1 can cream of mushroom, around 3 ounces of plain cream cheese, 2 ounces of cream cheese with onion and chive(I did not have enough cream cheese, but this worked out), I used a 1/4 of a cup of milk, the remainder of my Parmesan and mozzarella, which was only about a 1/4 of a cup. I used the last of my ricotta, which was about 3 tablespoons. I blended this well and heated through, to make sure the ricotta was not grainy. I served this over gnocchi, and it is awesome! I did add the butter and pepper, but left out the garlic powder, as the cream of mushroom had enough flavor in it!
