Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)
Just tried this recipe and it's very good. We are not a gluten free family but have friends who are. I did follow the advice of others on the site and did make a few changes. I peeled the chick peas (garbanzo beans), added a tbsp of butter to the melting chocolate and a tbsp of cocoa powder to mix. I also baked it in a 9x9 square baking pan that was lined with foil and generously sprayed with cooking spray. No problems at all in removing this cake. I only gave it 4 stars because of all the changes I made.

Baked Homemade Macaroni and Cheese
This recipe is very good. We used old fort/sharp cheddar and it was quite tasty. There was something missing though and I can't seem to put my finger on it. We don't use the processed american cheese so this recipe for Mac and Cheese was sure worth a try. For a hungry family it did the trick.

Creamy Rice Pudding
Just tried this as written. It is the BEST rice pudding I have ever tasted. It was easy to make. I have tried many recipes taking much more time and ingredients that can not come close. A must try. Just a note. Make sure to use a medium or short grain rice for rice pudding. The end result is much better. And for the novice cook, remember to temper your egg before adding to your pot or you may find scrambled egg in your rice.
