Alfredo Sauce

Simple and basic ingredients which can be swapped for what's on hand or fancied up if you feel like it. I used a blend of fresh grated cheddar, gyerie and parm. I loaded up with pepper and sautéed the garlic I'm olive oil before adding the cream and cheese. Skipped the butter since I used olive oil. Added fresh basil at the end since I had that and had no parsley. This will be my go to for alfredo from here on out, it's just so versatile.
