DELICIOUS!! I made this for our anniversary dinner-coupling one of my favorites (lasagna) with one of my husband's favorites (spinach). Now we both have a new favorite! I doubt I'll go back to "normal" lasagna. Try this one even if you don't like artichokes!

Cocoa-Coffee Spiced Chicken with Salsa Mole

I must admit that after the first bite, I wasn't quite sure about this recipe....but keep eating! It gets better! Not bad at all...very interesting taste. My husband liked it.

Funky Frito Fruckies

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

Broccoli Chicken

What a delicious change!! Sometimes these quick and easy dishes lack taste but this one has it all! I slow cooked the chicken for 3-3 1/2 hours (I did it this way so that the chicken would be tender) then transferred it to a skillet and continued with the recipe. I also opted to serve mine with mashed potatoes as suggested in another review. My husband (who is leary of "cream" dishes) even paid this recipe a compliment....he had seconds! This is bound to be a new favorite!!

Chicken Claridge Stew

My husband & I both liked this recipe. I opted to leave out the tomatoes, though, based on another review. I also made it in the slow cooker. Just "dumped" everything right in ( I left the breasts whole & shredded before serving) and cooked it on high for 4 hours, then turned it to low for 3 hours. Perfect! Chicken was tender and the broth was very tastey. Served in a "bowl" of rice with peas on the bottom. Nice alternative to traditional stew!!

Roast Beef with Coffee

Absolutely delicious!! A pleasant change of pace from the traditional water/beef broth method of making a roast. Love the gravy....My favorite comfort food is mashed potatoes & gravy anyway, but now I have a new found fondness for it! Java junkie or not, you'll appreciate the flavorful results of this recipe. Can't wait to make this again!!

Scalloped Potatoes and Pork Chops

I loved this recipe! So simple and easy to make...very flavorful. I used white sweet potatoes instead(that's all I had on hand) and they were delicious! My husband raved about this one!! Definitely a keeper!

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

This recipe deserves a standing ovation! I used a little more beef broth, doubled the coffee. (Don't worry, you non-coffee drinkers will still enjoy this.) It was so tasty, I decided, why hide the flavor with BBQ sauce....Instead, I shredded the pork (it practically fell apart it was so tender!), made the flavorful broth into a gravy and served the pork open-faced on Kaiser rolls with the gravy drizzled over it! Add some scalloped potatoes and green beans on the side and sit back and enjoy the compliments. My husband was quite impressed!! Can't wait to make this again!! BRAVO!

Skillet Chicken Cordon Bleu

This recipe was delicious! Quick and easy. All the flavor of the "real thing" without the hassle. My husband loved it and had seconds (he was even talking about it the next day). I used chicken broth instead of white wine and more of it. I also added more swiss. Served over noodles with peas on the side and a nice crusty bread to soak up the broth. A new favorite!
