This recipe deserves a standing ovation! I used a little more beef broth, doubled the coffee. (Don't worry, you non-coffee drinkers will still enjoy this.) It was so tasty, I decided, why hide the flavor with BBQ sauce....Instead, I shredded the pork (it practically fell apart it was so tender!), made the flavorful broth into a gravy and served the pork open-faced on Kaiser rolls with the gravy drizzled over it! Add some scalloped potatoes and green beans on the side and sit back and enjoy the compliments. My husband was quite impressed!! Can't wait to make this again!! BRAVO!
