I enjoyed this recipes very much, but I did make some minor adjustments. However, I must say the dish would probably have been just as yummy had I followed the recipe exactly. Rather than breaking the salmon up and mixing it with the rice, I left the fish whole and served it over rice pilaf instead. I accidentally left out the tomatoes and it was still delicious. Two other small adjustments: I only sprinkled the finished dish with parmesan, rather than mixing in amount recommended; and I added a couple more dashes of hot sauce since my family loves heat!
