Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2008
This is a really great recipe. It is raining here in upstate NY today and this was just perfect. I did substitute cinnamon applesauce for the oil, and just oiled the bottom of the pan. I added walnuts, and I used a 9*13 pan instead of a normal loaf pan. It was done in 30 minutes. I used half the flour and added oats to make up the difference. I sprinkled cinnamon sugar on top. This is bakery quality bread.

Microwave Cake

This recipe is a great base. After reading others comments, I still went ahead and made the apple cake, but I also added a tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon(each), a grated apple, and 1/4 cup of cinnamon applesauce. It came out great!! Tastes just like my grandmothers except it was soooo easy!! Thanks!!

These are GREAT. I usually broil the english muffins before I put the mixture on so that they don't seem soggy.

Easy Pepperoni Bread

I use regualar rolls when I make this. Any roll will do, and I have even used english muffins. I mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and then spoon it on. I preheat my broiler, and pop them in. They take 3 minutes and are just as yummy, if not better.

Spinach Garlic Pasta

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2004
This is very good, however, I made some changes. I added a little dot of butter to the olive oil for flavor, and topped each hot serving with parm cheese. It was great! You can also use broccoli if you haven't any spinach on hand.

Slow Cooker Pizza

GREAT recipe!! My husband loves this, I make it once a week. I can't find cream of tomato, so I just use tomato and add in oregano and basil, and save the pepperoni for the top.I have also learned that any cheese goes with this (I have even used cheddar)

Easy and Delicious Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2004
After reading this recipe, I decided that in order for anyone to eat it, it should look more appetizing. So I Dipped the chicken in egg, then a mixture of breadcrumbs and parm cheese, and then cooked the chicken in a skillet in the Italian Dressing until it was just about done. Meanwhile, I had the other ingredients in a slow cooker, melding. Just before the chicken was done, I put it in with the rest for an hour on high. It was very good. I will definitely make this again.

Cheesecake Topped Brownies

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2004
VERY good! One of three Valentine's desserts I made for my boyfriend. Baked for 41 minutes so that they wouldn't come out hard. Went light on the frosting, so that the cheesecake flavor wouldn't be masked. He LOVED them, and I hardly know my way around a kitchen!
