Corned Beef and Cabbage II

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2011
Since trying this recipe 3 years ago, we no longer just have this on St. Pat 's Day! It has become a staple to our dinner choices. I make it in my clay cooker, and it never shrinks. I do add about 1/4c. of cream to the cabbage at the end and a pinch of nutmeg. Other than that this recipe is just perfect!

This fish dish has become a weekly staple for my house. It is fast and easy, my two fav criteria. Great alone, often tho, I add an additional fresh topping mix of diced tomato, basil and Gorgonzola, with a tablespoon of garlic flavored OVOO to fancy it up a bit. Thanks for this awesome recipe!!!

Great recipe; made it once following the exact recipe , then the next time I used 1 can sweetened condensed milk instead of the milk and sugar. Same taste! I did add a little more cinnamon and nutmeg and a pinch of ginger. Thanks for the starter!!!

This is an excellent recipe. I agree with the other posters in doubling the marinade. I also make a mango salsa to accompany the salmon. Fantastic! This is a keeper for sure! Thanks ("

Charleston Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2007
My coworkers and I just loved this recipe! I did add 2 more eggs as someone suggested. The cool thing is if you let it rest a couple of minutes to set up, you can actually pick it up with you hands like a snacking cake. Seriously 5 stars! Thanks!!!

Beef Stew VI

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2007
This a really good basic recipe. You can virtually add any veggie to it. The only thing I added was a can of tomato soup and skipped the cornstarch part. The stew had a tomato-beef broth fantastic!

Coconut Macaroons II

This is a perfect recipe! I used an air cookie sheet and simply greased it with crisco shortening, made balls then taped them slightly to flatten. 15 minutes cooking time, 2 min. cooling. Excellent results. I did chill for 30 minutes. This IS a no brainer recipe! Thanks for sharing...you rock!
