Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2014
My husband and I loved this recipe but I changed it quite a bit to add more flavor. I took the advice of another review and added about 3/4 cup of a chopped yellow onion, 1 tablespoon of Worchershire sauce, 1 small can of mushrooms and then I used barbecue sauce on top instead of ketchup. I paired it with carrots, squash and potatoes all baked in the oven for the same amount of time. It was delicious and my husband and I both loved it.

Greek Quinoa

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2014
I really liked is recipe. I did add the lemon juice by freshly squeezing half of a lemon into the quinoa. It was quite tasty and I will be making it again. I also used very little olive oil. I drizzled it all over the quinoa and used only about 1/4 a cup.

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2014
I made this on a family vacation and it went over really well. I only doubled up the sandwiches (two layers) and made it in a 9x9 pan. I did that because I didn't have enough sandwiches for a 9x13 pan but it turned out better because the sauce was nice and thick between layers.

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2014
This dish was amazing. I used a quality balsamic and quality EVOO and the sauce was perfect. I did mix the spices, balsamic and tomatoes together before putting in the pan which worked much better. We will definitely make this again! I paired it with Parmesan and Basil Orzo and it made for an excellent meal.

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2014
I followed the recipe pretty much as outlined in the original. I used sea salt to flavor instead of iodinized salt and tossed the orzo with a little more Parmesan right before I served it. My husband loved it.

This recipe is excellent. I made it for my husband who normally does not like healthier recipes and he absolutely loved it. I did add mushrooms to my sauce and it turned out wonderful.

Rich and Creamy Potatoes Au Gratin

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2014
This recipe was not worth the expense or effort. My husband and I made this on Christmas Day and were disappointed. It lacked taste. For the expense of good Gruyere cheese, we thought it would be a lot better. We followed the original recipe and did not modify it.
