Soft Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2009
These are the best breadsticks I have ever eaten in my whole life! When I made these I did make a couple of changes, but only minor changes. Instead of using a food processor I just used a fork to mix and didn't even knead them. I let them rise in the bowl twice before turning out onto a floured surface. Then I rolled them out into a big square (by the way, I doubled the recipe) and cut it into thirds and then into 1-inch strips. Then I took two at a time and twisted them together to equal a total of 24. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! I know I will be making it for me and my family very often. So if you don't have a food processor, you can totally use just a fork and they will turn out perfect! And from the reviews I have read it sounds like people think they are flavorless and they certainly were not. Just make sure that you use enough Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese and they'll have all the flavor you were looking for!

Cinnamon-Sugar Fan Biscuits

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2009
These are really good! I made them to go along with my mom's chicken stew and they were a big hit. I doubled the recipe and it made 18 of them and we ended up having only 4 or 5 left and there were 5 of us eating them. I will definitely make these again and maybe sometime for breakfast alongside some eggs since they are so much like cinnamon rolls, only they don't really need the frosting! I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2008
This is the best pot pie ever! I changed it up a bit but still followed the general recipe. What I did is I used Green Beans instead of the celery and used more than a half a cup. Everything cooked up perfectly and the vegetables were just divine. My mom said it was one of the best pot pies she had ever tasted! Thanks for sharing this great recipe!

Frosted Banana Bars

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2008
These are really moist and yummy! They are also very simple and quick to make. It only took me about 10 minutes to prepare them, which isn't long at all. I wanted to make some pumpkin bars but didn't have any pumpkin so I decided to look for some kind of alternative and these worked out better than I though. If I could I would give these more then 5 stars. I used homemade cream cheese frosting instead of store bought and I think the result was much better. I am also thinking of selling these at my local farmer's market! Thanks for sharing this recipe! :D

These were really good. I did change them alot though..I skipped the onions and mushrooms and just added the garlic powder and I didn't want the garlic to overpower the green beans so I just added some parmasean cheese and they turned out really good!!

Omelet in a Bag

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2006
I LOVE THIS RECIPE!! I made this for the county fair and got and Honorable Mention!! This is the easiest recipe ever! I always put the bag in a mug or cup and fold the top over the sides of the mug or cup and that makes it easier to crack the eggs! I made this for dinner one night for my family and my moms friend! They all loved it! The only thing was, we didn't have any shredded cheese only the proccessed cheese squares so I cut them up into little pieces and everyone still like them! I put 1 piece in each omelet.

Chocolate Banana Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2006
This recipe is delicous!! I have made a lot of times and I had raved about it to my older sister and now she makes it all the time! The only thing I changed was the amount of cocoa powder...I had made only half a batch of banana bread and I used 1/4 cup of cocoa powder instead of 2 Tablespoons. My other older sister LOVED it!! Thanks for sharing this recipe! It's AWESOME!!
