Tater Tot Casserole
This is a good framework, but it needs improvement. I brown the ground beef by itself (be sure to salt & pepper after drained)and then sauté the onions in the grease left in the pan after draining the beef. Toss the beef back in, mix in all the other ingredients. My husband likes veggies in but I don't, so my compromise is adding in 1/2 bag of heated sweet corn. I don't feel this is moist enough as written so I add a second can of soup. Put everything in a greased casserole dish then top with four rows of ten tater tots. Bake for 30 minutes and let set for ten to set up. My family inhaled this.

Chicken El Dermie Le Hermie
Five stars because the time and temp resulted in very moist chicken. I tossed fresh garlic in the food processor with some butter and light olive oil, salt and pepper and blended till it was a light paste. I rolled the chicken in it and put it on the oil-sprayed rack of the roasting pan for thirty minutes, flipped, cooked for another thirty-five minutes, and got a perfect 165 on the instant-read thermometer. I let it set for five minutes and it was very juicy. I do think it needed more seasoning but it is a good foundation for juicy baked drumsticks.

Beef Stroganoff III
My husband loved this, and he hates EVERYTHING. I used half a white onion instead of the green onions because my green onions looked less than desirable and I used fresh mushrooms which I tossed in twenty minutes before it was done. Other than that, I followed the recipe to a T. I made egg noodles and tossed them in with it to coat and served. I will be making this again for sure.
