Great recipe. It was warm in our house, and I really didn't feel like turning on the oven, so I did the entire thing on the stove top. I made the glaze first, then put the salmon in to cook. Since I did that, I had to watch it very carefully, because the glaze can easily burn. When it got too thick, I added water so that it wouldn't burn. That worked great, and it seemed to infuse the flavor of the glaze right through the salmon. My hubby loved it, and I'll definately be making this again.
