Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze
This was incredibly easy and out of this world delicious! I always thought a good steak needed to be grilled. Boy, was I wrong. This is a recipe I will make over & over again. The only change I will make is to add some mushrooms next time. Try it- you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Linda W for sharing your fabulous recipe.

Super-Simple, Super-Spicy Mongolian Beef
This was an extremely tasty and very easy to make recipe. My husband loved it. I did make some slight changes. I cut the sugar down to 1 tsp and added fresh broccoli, water chestnuts and baby corn. I listened to other reviewers & kept the red paper down to 3/4 tsp. I will be making this recipe often.

Easy French Onion Soup for Guests
Just as flavorful as any of the many French Onion soups I have ordered over the years at restaurants. I wish I had known how easy it is to make- I would have done this sooner! I made some minor changes. I used all beef broth, couldn't find sherry vinegar so I used red wine vinegar and I sliced my onions in the traditional way. Also couldn't find fresh thyme sprigs so I used a pinch of crushed thyme I had on hand. I did use an excellent amontillado sherry. The depth of flavor was outstanding. Cooking sherry will have a very different flavor from the real stuff. All in all this was a really yummy recipe & I will be making this often. It is SOOO simple. Try it!
