Best Spanish Rice
Absolutely DELICIOUS...the only thing I did was add 1/4 tsp of chili powder and 1/4 tsp of cumin. Made this when I made Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas and my family loved it. Said it tasted as good...if not better than most Mexican restaurants. This will be my "go to" Spanish Rice recipe!!
