Hash Brown and Egg Casserole
Made this for dinner tonight, and while all my children ate it readily enough, I thought it a tad bland. It's a very good base however, and I plan to spice it up a bit next time. A good utility recipe for sure.

French Bread
Made this tonight and it turned out alright. Followed the directions till the end where I substituted milk for water in the glaze mixture. Flavor was alright, but the bread was very dense and the crust was nearly rock hard. I don't know if it was something I did or not but it didn't come out as I had expected. Not bad, but not quite what I was looking for I think.

Granny's Corn Flour Tortillas
These weren't bad. I made them for the first time today and though it may just have been me, they came out a bit brittle; they weren't quite foldable. All in all however, I found them to be tasty enough as did my children. I had one left over and I brushed some cinnamon and sugar on it and a few dabs of honey then rolled it up and fried it with a little honey on the outside. That was quite good there. I'll make these again likely enough.
