My Chili

love, love, love, this recipe, partly because it's so basic that you can modify it any way you want to. Personally, I doubled the garlic, used two cans of regular stewed tomatos and two cans of diced tomatos with chilis (as suggested by a previous reviewer), tossed in some serano peppers,a can of PBR(just cause I had it), red pepper flakes and a substantial amount of cayanne pepper. Also added a can of chili beans to fill it out, because with the beer in there it was a bit thinner than it would have been otherwise. The result was delicious!!! Flavorful, spicy, garlicy goodness. Awsome! :)
