Great cookies--wonderfully chewy! Sounds like a lot of cinnamon, but it was the perfect amount for our tastes. I doubled the recipe, used a medium scoop, and got 70 three-inch cookies. I recommend lining your baking sheets with parchment paper anytime you make cookies--they come out perfectly brown on the bottom (and no need to grease pans).

Incredible chicken salad! I know it takes extra time to roast the chicken breasts instead of poaching them, but it's worth it. The fresh tarragon and grapes make it taste amazing! I've used light mayo and it works fine.
