Absolutely the best fish I've ever made! After reading reviews, I tweaked the recipe a bit: I seasoned the fish fillets with paprika, salt, and pepper, then dusted them with flour. I then dipped them in egg before pressing them into the crumb mixture to coat (I used panko bread crumbs instead of regular). I placed the fish on a broiler pan before drizzling with butter. The result was an amazingly crispy and flavorful fish. The instructions about the high heat and top rack of the oven really made the difference.
