Chicken In Basil Cream

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2004
This was excellent! My husband said it was like going out to a nice italian resturant. I served it with pasta and there was plenty of sauce to serve over both. Wonderful! I wish I could give it 10 stars! Thanks for the great recipe!!!

Buster Bar Ice Cream Dessert

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2004
This was yummy. My only suggestion is to take it out of the freezer about 15 to 20 minutes before serving. Otherwise, it is just too hard to cut.

Banana Split Ice Cream Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2004
Yum! This was great. I omitted the pineapple and used hot fudge in it's place. I also used cool whip instead of whipping cream. The fudge and cool whip freeze nicely, and stay somewhat soft no matter how long they are left in the freezer. This made it easier to work with, and it tasted great! I'll be making this again and again! Thank you for the recipe!

Cranberry Stuffed Turkey Breasts

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2004
MMMM! These were yummy. The only thing that would make them better would be a good gravy or cranberry sauce to add that final touch, and a little more moisture. I'm giving 5 stars though, because I loved them so much! Thanks.

Profanity Salmon

This was excellent! We all loved it. I used red bell peppers because we all like them better than green. Other than that, made it as written and will be making it again! Thanks!

Excellent! You must use fresh corn and top with the avacado. We've had this many times since I found this recipe. Love the hominy too. Thanks!

Raspberry Chocolate Smoothie

Reviewed: May 25, 2006
This was okay. It was very thick, and I thought the flavors were a little weird together. Probably won't make it again.

Cinnamon Rice with Apples

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2006
My Husband loved this. My apples cooked all the way down though, you could taste them, they just dissappeared when I stirred the rice. Thanks for the recipe! OH... and I added chopped walnuts, I think that was a very nice addition.

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2006
This was really a good recipe. Next time, I'll make a few changes though. I think it would be better if the chicken was cubed and cooked in a little olive oil on the stove, then simmered in the artichoke mixture. I may also serve it over pasta that way. It had such a great flavor and texture, I just really wanted more of it! Thanks for the recipe!

Mushroom Patacone Pita

Reviewed: May 2, 2005
This was really good. The flavor is so complex and exciting. I couldn't find coconut oil, so I just used canola... I'm sure it would have been even better with the coconut. Also, I used a little less arugula, because I didn't have that much on hand. It was still really yummy. Highly recommended!

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2010
Very easy and flavorful. I used boneless/skinless breasts because they were all I had and they still came out fantastic. I can't wait to try with dark meat.

Easy Strawberry Lemonade

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2006
This was great. I put the concentrate and most of the strawberries in the blender like a previous reviewer suggested. Wonderful, Thanks! Update: I tried these as written and as I thought, they just tasted like lemonade with pretty red ice cubes. They look neat though. So Easy, thanks!

Egg and Sausage Casserole

Yum! Cooked the crust 7 min before adding other ingredients. Also, used 10 eggs and 3/4 cup milk per other reviewers. Very good! Loved the oregano.

Baklava

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2007
This is a great recipe! I used chopped pecans and hazelnuts. I think pistacios would be even better, and will use them next time. I agree with previous reviewers, make the sauce first, chill and pour over warm baklava. It comes out very well that way. So easy too! Thanks for the recipe!

Cashew Chicken I

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2006
This is a yummy recipe. I used smaller pieces of chicken to get more of the cashew coating per bite :) Also, I marinaded the chicken in coconut milk for a couple of hours prior to cooking to bring out that coconut flavor a little more. Thanks so much!

Frost on the Pumpkin

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2004
This is pretty good, but it isn't really anything like a pumpkin pie. It has the flavor of one, but the texture is completely different. It's layered and really light and fluffy. If you're looking for a traditional pumpkin pie recipe, this isn't it... but it is very good for what it is.
